John’s does a great job welcoming, and demystifying many of the barriers that sometimes creep in when it comes to the many sides of seeking appropriate automotive service. From the diagnostic to the delivery (of the completed repairs) THEY ROCK. They’ve been particularly helpful when it comes to lucidly breaking down both the meanings, and the relative priorities, of a whole range of repairs—when multiple issues arise in a cluster (which can be both stressful and challenging). We’ve been receiving their nuanced attention, and fine work, for at least a decade. Helpful ~ kind ~ conscientious ~ effective.

John by far is the best mechanic I’ve had in Colorado. His customer service skills are unparalleled, truly felt I was in good hands every step of the way. I really enjoyed getting a link sent to me outlining all the things my Escape needed, as a visual learner, it really helped. John was very patient with me from the start and even spent time explaining and showing me the actual parts that he replaced. He doesn’t just want to fix your car or find problems with your vehicle, he wants to educate you, educate you, earn your trust, and save you money in the long run. Definitely will continue to go here for any of my future vehicle needs.

There’s seems to be a theme with John’s auto care, and I would say that’s expertise and integrity. I had taken my car to 2 auto shops who said they couldn’t help me but John seemed to figure it out in less than an hour. And just a few days before my roadtrip, they helped me address some issues to keep me safe on the road. Things I would have not noticed and I’m super grateful for that. This autoshop really makes me feel like I’m in good hands when I leave my vehicle there. I definitely will be coming back.
