On 1 to 5 basis I'd give John's Auto Care a 10! Yesterday my husband and I were driving and his oil light came on. We gave John a call and he said "Stop the car immediately". With this particular car we were confused about how to get a reading on the dip stick. Sensing our confusion, John asked where we were parked and he drove several miles to reach us prepared with several quarts of oil. He explained that he just had a customer who had the same symptom (oil light flickering) and she ended up burning her engine out causing thousands of dollars of damage and he did not want that to happen to us. We were lucky and this didn't happen to us. But imagine someone caring enough to stop what he was doing and travel to make sure we didn't damage our car. Wow. This is a consistent experience with John's Auto. He will never do work that is not needed. Never. Where other auto service agencies have said... oh you better have that fixed... only $1,300. He has said no not necessary. He is always on the customer's side. He has always done a complete check up of my car to make sure everything is in good working order and not dangerous. He also has on hand a loaner car if you can't wait for servicing. So if you want: Pleasant Staff. Honesty. Integrity. Fair Pricing. Someone who cares about you and your auto... there is only one place to go... John's Auto. Customer for 20 years.
