Had to return for second time after using this shop for follow up repairs after playing serious $$$ for mechanical work. This time after transmission replacement they neglected to tighten down steering rack bolts which made my front bushings fail and needed to be replaced. Just realized that they lost screws which secure body panels to vehicle. If you use this place make sure to check their work. I’ve driven off with fluids low, among other serious issues that resulted because they forgot to tighten bolts securely

I have trusted my vehicle with John's for going on 15 years. If my car is not working I cannot get to work, due to my various schedule and responsibilities. With the staff and owner at John's, I feel that there is genuine care and a commitment to do things right. From oil changes to major repairs, the options and details are clearly communicated and followed thru. Like all businesses recently, there is a shortage of staff, but the care and commitment have endured, which is why I trust them to take good care of my Miata, no matter how long the repairs will take. Thank you to John and his crew for taking time to clearly communicate and make sure my Miata will keep going well past 211000 miles for years to come.

John's shop provided a very detailed diagnostic and did an amazing job explaining the vehicle's condition and repair needs. I highly recommend John.

Called when I realized if missed an oil change interval. They worthwhile me in to a full schedule. Car was ready by noon! BTW - The rating stars thingy doesn't work! 5 STARS!

I've heard this place had great service and friendly workers from my coworkers and I needed to get my car serviced. Specifically because my breaks felt old and needed to be replaced and find the reasoning behind the engine and VSC lights for being on. The diagnostic alone was $170 which felt steep to me already. A few hours after I drop off my car they said they resolved the lights being on and would change my breaks. I ended up spending $2000 for all of this. The cost was way tooo much! When I picked up my car, the man who handed over my keys and had me pay, didn't look at me once and always speaks like he doesn't care about his job at all. Extremely rude! Exactly a week later after picking up my car, the engine and VSC lights came on again! Even after they told me they "fixed" it. Took it back in and they replaced the vacuum hose, which they said they replaced in the first place. Which I needed to pay an extra $200! Conveniently they closed 2 hours early the day I wanted to go in and get my car back. Overall this experience was extremely unprofessional and suspicious to me. Don't go here unless you wanna flush your money away by the thousands and have unproductive people work on your car
