I had several problems with my car and as USUAL John's took great care of me (and my car) They are top notch in every way keeping the customer in the loop of every problem, what needs to be done and are up front about costs. My car is driving like a brand new dream. I am so grateful to be able to count on this well oiled machine to keep me away from all the tow trucks I see at the tunnel! Awesome customer service!! Dropped in with “weird noise” and they took the time to check it over, take me seriously (as female always hard to get a garage that will take you seriously), and on the surface everything looked fine, but to be sure they figured out how to get my 10 foot van into their garage up on a hoist, and found a very bizarre wearing pattern on the inside of my brake pads you couldn’t see otherwise. They walked me step-by-step through my options and did everything they could to get us done that day since we were just driving through. Who does that with a five hour brake job?! :-) Honest and reasonable with their pricing, everything above board and just super friendly folks everywhere in the business! Can’t recommend more highly!
