Needed a part replaced since my dealer wouldn’t warranty it. Decided to go with Johns after some research and seeing they offered a 3yr warranty. I wanted peace of mind knowing if this happened again i would be covered. Low and behold 3 months later, the same part that needed replacing broke again. I took my truck back into Johns just to be told the warranty doesn’t cover it. So if you’re looking for somewhere that will follow there warranties I would avoid here, got slapped with another bill instead. Quite disappointing experience on my end. Very friendly staff though, Henry is amazing and wants the best for his customers!
