Efficient and easy

John is first and foremost an honest, quality human being. Why does that matter? He will let you know what needs to be done with your car and why. He and his crew talk you through the mechanics of your vehicle and help you prioritize. You can save money, pick and choose, or get everything done. It's a customized repair to fit your needs. There are lots of good shops out there, but John respects your knowledge and involves customers in the repair process. My wife and I have brought many different vehicles to John's Auto over the years, and they've been competent and fair, and most of all, trustworthy and willing to talk it through.

Disappointing. Paid $2000+ for an unnecessary repair that did not fix my problem. Given the vehicle back with absolutely no change in symptoms. No offer of refund of any sort. Just offered to keep trying. But they had the vehicle for almost 3wks. Offering to keep my truck indefinitely while they shoot the parts canon at it was unacceptable to me. This was a very specific issue with very specific set condition, and admittedly requires some diagnostic talent to solve. At least the other shop (Pellmans) had the self awareness to stop trying as it was beyond their abilities. Also money down the toilet. John's assured me they had the ability. When I got the $2331 bill, I paid it without hesitation, as I was assured they had fixed it. Didn't make it out of the parking lot. Still at square one.

I have been going to John's Auto for more than 10 years. In my experience they give excellent service and really care about their customers. John has gone above and beyond in helping to diagnose electrical issues or engine problems with my son's car, sometimes free or for a nominal charge. They provide shuttle service if needed.

This I my spot. Ive enjoyed working with Johns auto Theyve always taken care of me and have always been honest with what I need to fix and what to fix.

I just had extensive work done on a van that I purchased and Johns Auto care was incredibly helpful. They did a great job with the service. They were also so kind in switching my appointment several times. I plan to use them for future service.
