The staff at John's Auto Care were extremely thoughtful and went out of their way to help me with my car issues, even after I had left the shop. Car repairs are generally a hassle, which is why the good service and skillful staff at John's are priceless.

I was referred to John's Auto Care by a family that has been taking their cars there for years. From the friendly and knowledgeable reception to the the personal service of John himself, I am glad I took my car there. *update* Years later I still LOVE John's service. Not only did he fix my awful old car but he gave me recommendations on cars when I was shopping for a new one, and now I'm taking the new car to him.

This place is the best! John is awesome as is his little pup. Rachel up front is super sweet and very helpful. They get everything done in a timely fashion!

I've been looking for a reliable auto service and repair store, and I saw that John's Auto Care had good reviews, so I thought I'd try it out. I found the customer service personnel to be friendly, and for all I know, the service technicians did a fine job servicing my vehicle. The only problem is that they were apparently smoking marijuana while they serviced it. After taking my car to John's, it smelled like marijuana for about 2-3 weeks. If you're into that sort of thing, maybe John's is the place for you. I, however, didn't appreciate it.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change--everyone was very friendly and helpful and even explained in more detail than I usually get what needed replacing on my car and when so I can plan ahead. They even had a much nicer waiting area than most places I've been. Great place!

I got my car towed to John's for a second opinion when the dealership I went to quoted a crazy-high price to fix my cooling system. John's staff was very gracious & called me regularly to update me on the status of my car. And as it turns out, when they ran the same pressure test, there were only two little parts that needed replacing. John's fixed my car for less than 1/10th of what the other guys were wanting to charge! On top of that, the work was done in one business day. I will definitely be coming back here.

When My clutch gave out in my 1999 Subaru Forester I called Johns Auto because a friend had recommended him. I have never been treated so well at a mechanic's before. John gave me a ride home and figured out that the problem was a hydraulics hose underneath the clutch. He also did a thorough evaluation of the car and made a list of the most important fixes in the near future. John and the woman at the front desk, Rachel, were very knowledgeable and helpful. It's so refreshing to be able to trust your mechanic! If you have any problem with your car, large or small, go to John!

John's Auto is the only place I trust my car. There have been times I would call them up and ask a question about my car and they would tell me if it was something I could do myself or if I needed to bring it in. They are really reasonable with pricing and will always back up their labor. I've been going to them for about eight years and am impressed every time with their service. I recommend them all the time to anyone who needs a great auto mechanic.

I've been going to John's Auto Care for almost 6 years now after being recommended there. It's always been a great experience with work well done, timely and always backed up by their guarentee. The staff is always a pleasure as well, even going as far as to help provide a ride to and from work for me. I'll continue to use John's shop and refer all of my friends to what I consider to be the safest and most reliable shop in Boulder.
