I got my car towed to John's for a second opinion when the dealership I went to quoted a crazy-high price to fix my cooling system. John's staff was very gracious & called me regularly to update me on the status of my car. And as it turns out, when they ran the same pressure test, there were only two little parts that needed replacing. John's fixed my car for less than 1/10th of what the other guys were wanting to charge! On top of that, the work was done in one business day. I will definitely be coming back here.

When My clutch gave out in my 1999 Subaru Forester I called Johns Auto because a friend had recommended him. I have never been treated so well at a mechanic's before. John gave me a ride home and figured out that the problem was a hydraulics hose underneath the clutch. He also did a thorough evaluation of the car and made a list of the most important fixes in the near future. John and the woman at the front desk, Rachel, were very knowledgeable and helpful. It's so refreshing to be able to trust your mechanic! If you have any problem with your car, large or small, go to John!

John's Auto is the only place I trust my car. There have been times I would call them up and ask a question about my car and they would tell me if it was something I could do myself or if I needed to bring it in. They are really reasonable with pricing and will always back up their labor. I've been going to them for about eight years and am impressed every time with their service. I recommend them all the time to anyone who needs a great auto mechanic.

We are completely sold on John's Auto Care. After many years of unsuccessful attempts by other Boulder mechanics to fix suspension problems with our Ford Explorer, John got it running as good as it ever has been. We won't take our cars anywhere else from now on.

I have been to John's Auto twice now and have loved my experience both times. They are prompt, respectful and honest. These guys are the best. No joke. Businesses as friendly, honest, straightforward, and professional as this one are extremely rare. I plan on taking my car to them from now on and recommending them to everyone I know.

Great Service and follow up. They took the time to explain how they fixed the items and why it needed to be done. They really want the customer to be satisfied. Forrest
