I can't say enough good things about John's. I found them on a Google search. I needed a second opinion on my Land Rover, which had languished at Flatirons dealership for two weeks, $2,000 of work with no fix, and no communication on what they were doing or seeing. I took my car to John's and will never go anywhere else. They were transparent about what they were doing, communicated with me frequently, identified the problem, and saved me literally thousands of dollars from what the certified dealer wrongly claimed I needed to replace. John earned my trust and I highly recommend him and his team.

I brought by '94 Porsche 968 here. As a "car guy" I was in the waiting room for many conversations with customers... these guys are transparent, fair, and really in tune with the customers. Henry treated every customer like he's known them for years, keeping track of exactly what they needed off the top of his head. Really impressive shop here.

We have an older model 1998 car with a gear shift problem. John's was able to diagnose what the problem was, research and order a part, create a temporary solution to keep our car operating, and fit us into their schedule on short notice. Henry was super helpful and personable; Very welcoming and kind--as well as really knowledgeable about cars! The whole team at John's Auto Care was very responsive to our needs. John’s auto care came highly recommended by another automotive service in town that did not work on Subaru. We took our Subaru for an oil change and they were so thorough. Not only did they check all of our fluids, but they did an inspection. Since our car is relatively new, only 25,000 miles, there were norepair issues and they were very honest about the fact that we probably had another 25,000 miles to go before we needed any service other than routine oil changes and fluid top off. They checked tire pressures, and were super speedy and friendly.
