The shop got to my car quickly, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I definitely plan on taking my car back to this shop whenever I have any issues.

I took my 2021 Cadillac XT6 to John's on Friday for an oil and filter change and to see if they could repair my third row seat that couldn't be brought back to a sitting position. We had gotten a jacked stuck in it and it would not longer work properly. I was hoping I wouldn't have to take it to the Dealership. John's Auto Care was able to fix my seat quickly and I got it back by lunch time. We have used John's Auto Care for many years and they are always our go to mechanic to fix/work on all our cars. They are honest and do great work. Thank you, John's Auto Care!

This was my first time at John’s Auto. I found them online and they got great reviews. Henry was very knowledgeable and friendly. He continued to follow up on his tech and was persistent with the work being done. Turned out I did not need an alignment, which I came in for. They did not charge me for their diagnostic, which was great. Henry did a deeper dive and found that Discount Tire had put my two new tires on the same side of the vehicle, instead of both up front. I went to DT and they fixed that issue, but that did not take care of the pull of my car. I will be going back when I am able, to have Henry and his team work In figure by our my real problem. I definitely recommend John’s Auto.

He and his crew talk you through the mechanics of your vehicle and help you prioritize. You can save money, pick and choose, or get everything done. It's a customized repair to fit your needs. There are lots of good shops out there, but John respects your knowledge and involves customers in the repair process. My wife and I have brought many different vehicles to John's Auto over the years, and they've been competent and fair, and most of all, trustworthy and willing to talk it through.
