Great service! I am not very knowledgeable about cars but the front end guy Henry took the time to explain what needed to happen and why. I left with my car running better, and plan to return for future service

Service scheduled promptly and completed ahead of time. Completed two oil changes and inspections on two vehicles, one after the other, in the same day!

John’s does a great job welcoming, and demystifying many of the barriers that sometimes creep in when it comes to the many sides of seeking appropriate automotive service. From the diagnostic to the delivery (of the completed repairs) THEY ROCK. They’ve been particularly helpful when it comes to lucidly breaking down both the meanings, and the relative priorities, of a whole range of repairs—when multiple issues arise in a cluster (which can be both stressful and challenging). We’ve been receiving their nuanced attention, and fine work, for at least a decade. Helpful ~ kind ~ conscientious ~ effective.

There’s seems to be a theme with John’s auto care, and I would say that’s expertise and integrity. I had taken my car to 2 auto shops who said they couldn’t help me but John seemed to figure it out in less than an hour. And just a few days before my roadtrip, they helped me address some issues to keep me safe on the road. Things I would have not noticed and I’m super grateful for that. This autoshop really makes me feel like I’m in good hands when I leave my vehicle there. I definitely will be coming back.

I cannot offer enough stars for the amazing customer service and the great job that John and Henry did on my vehicle.. they went above and beyond to find the actual problem instead of just reading a code that would’ve been thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Honest quality work from a business that treated me like family. My go -to from now on!!

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Took my vehicle to John’s to get a second opinion on a speedometer issue. After being told by another local shop that I needed a new instrument cluster at a cost of $1700, John went above and beyond just testing codes and found that the issue was something relating to a sensor and fixed it for a quarter of that cost . Not only did I get reliable repairs, honesty, and transparency, the customer service was absolutely incredible. John and Barbara took care of me like I was family
