100% A+ service. We came down the mountain from NED with a smoking tire and brake issue. Found John’s Auto Care, looked at reviews, and everything aligned time wise to get an inspection and schedule the service for first thing the next morning. We are beyond thankful for Henry, and all he did to make this bump in our trip go smoothly. Thank you isn’t enough. Don’t hesitate to use John’s Auto Care for your service needs.

Henry provided valuable information, expected timeframe for potential repairs, and cost estimates in a very timely manner. He also let me know about what things should be monitored that did not require immediate repair. Very knowledgeable about make of my car. Met John briefly as well. Both were great! Will bring my cars here from now on.

The level of service was fantastic! John, the owner himself called me about the repairs that were needed on my Chevy Tahoe. I spoke with him for maybe half an hour and he answered every question that I had and gave me recommendations that were needed. My Tahoe is running smoothly again thanks to John‘s auto care.

Fantastic shop front and back. Friendly, professional and skilled. I have an old vehicle, nearly everything is difficult - diagnosis, parts, install. Rather than giving up, like a previous shop did, John and his team really care that it runs safely and reliably even though the fix is sometimes complicated.
